At PrimoPeps, we take quality control and product integrity seriously. Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, special handling and strict quality standards are required. For this reason, our return and refund policies differ from those of typical retail products.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers may request order changes or cancellations before an order has been processed, which is typically within 24 hours of purchase.
To request a change or cancellation, please email support@primopeps.com with your order number and request details as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it is considered in transit and cannot be modified, canceled, or returned.
No Returns on Research Compounds
Because research peptides are highly sensitive laboratory compounds, we do not accept returns once products have been shipped or opened. This policy exists to maintain strict quality control standards and to ensure that no products that have left our possession are reintroduced into inventory.
All sales of research compounds are therefore final once the order has shipped, except in the limited circumstances described below.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly replace the affected items at no cost.
To process a replacement, please email support@primopeps.com within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:
Clear photographs of the damaged product
A photograph of the outer shipping packaging
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Once our team reviews the documentation, we will arrange for a replacement shipment free of charge.
Please do not return the damaged product unless specifically instructed by our support team.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that does not match what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@primopeps.com.
Please include:
Your order number
Photographs of the product received
A brief explanation of the issue
After verification, we will promptly ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is lost in transit, please contact our support team so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
If a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, PrimoPeps is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct and that the delivery location is secure.
Temperature & Storage Responsibility
Research peptides are sensitive laboratory materials that may be affected by temperature exposure, improper storage, or extended time outside of controlled conditions.
While PrimoPeps packages all orders carefully and ships promptly, we cannot guarantee product stability once a package has been delivered or left in uncontrolled conditions.
Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly and storing products according to appropriate laboratory handling practices.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the items included in the order.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order with PrimoPeps, customers agree to contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their payment provider.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may be considered fraudulent activity. PrimoPeps reserves the right to provide all order records, shipment confirmations, correspondence, and delivery confirmations to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.
Accounts that initiate fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
